Lemon Bread
Lemon Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and grated rind of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Add milk and lemon rind. Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes in bread loaf pan.
Prepare juice from 1 lemon with 1/4 cup sugar. Allow to dissolve.
Pour over hot bread and let it soak in.
