Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 c. sugar, 1 large can carnation milk and 2 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Stir in sugar while hot.
Let stand until mixture cools.
Whip Carnation milk until it stands in a peak, then stir in jello and sugar.
Add juice of 2 lemons and mix well.
Pour into a pan (9 x 11-inch) lined with crushed vanilla wafer crumbs.
Sprinkle crumbs on top; refrigerate.
