Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 large can chilled evaporated milk, 1 pkg. lemon jello and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix water, jello, sugar and lemon juice.
Let stand until cold and just starts to set.
Then whip jello mixture, milk and salt in a large bowl until stiff.
