Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 1/4 c. hot water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt and 2 lemons, juice and grated rind of 1, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve jello in water.
Add sugar, lemons and salt. Chill, and when begins jell, whip.
Whip milk and add to jello mixture.
Crush and line large Pyrex dish (10 x 14-inches) with wafers; mixture. Top wafer crumbs.
Cut in squares.
May be topped with whipped cream and a cherry.
