Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 oz.) can milnot, chilled, 1 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 1/4 c. hot water, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve jello in hot water; add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind.
Congeal slightly.
Whip Milnot and fold into jello mixture. Cover bottom of glass baking dish with vanilla wafers; fill with jello mixture and cover with wafers.
Chill.
