Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 c. sugar, 2 lemons, squeezed and 1 small box nabisco vanilla cookies, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Prepare jello per package directions.
Refrigerate until partially set. Whip milk until thick. Add sugar, thickened jello and lemon juice. Sprinkle 1/2 of crushed cookies on bottom of 9 x 12 pan. Pour the jello mixture over the cookies. Sprinkle remaining crushed cookies over the jello mixture. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour before serving (or overnight). Cut in squares. Optional:
Top with fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries).
