Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. boiling water, 1 large carnation milk, chilled and 2 c. graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine jello, sugar, boiling water, lemon juice and rind. Whip jello when it gets to syrupy stage.
Whip milk and add to jello and blend.
Roll crackers; add melted butter.
Mix and then line the bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Add jello mixture.
Top with dry crumbs.
Chill until firm.
