Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed, 1 pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. sugar and juice of 2 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put half of wafers in bottom of pan.
Combine lemon jello, water, sugar and lemon juice.
Let stand until thick syrup. Beat.
Chill milk and beat.
Add to above and beat again.
Pour over crumbs.
Pour rest of crumbs on top.
Put in refrigerator to set.
