Lemon Bisque
Lemon Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lemon jello, 1 cup sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 large evaporated milk (chilled) and 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 1/4 cup hot water.
Add lemon juice, rind and salt.
Stir until dissolved.
Chill until slightly jelled.
Whip canned milk and fold into gelatin mixture.
Spread 1 cup of wafers on bottom of large cake dish (9x13) and add remaining crushed wafers on top of mixture.
