Lemon Bars Deluxe
Lemon Bars Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. soft oleo (2 sticks), 4 eggs and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix first 3 ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs well and add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour over crust.
Bake for 25 minutes longer. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar when cooled.
Makes 24 bars.
