Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. unsifted flour, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 3/4 c. cold margarine, 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and confectioners sugar; cut into margarine until crumbly.
Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan; bake 15 minutes at 350Β°. In a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, baking powder and ReaLemon juice; mix well.
Pour over crust.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator; serve at room temperature.
