Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (soft), 2 c. flour, 1 c. powdered sugar, 4 eggs and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream together butter and powdered sugar.
Add in flour and blend thoroughly.
Press into ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice and blend until light lemony color.
Add dry ingredients together and add to lemon mixture.
Pour into baked crust for 30 minutes.
Cool and sift a little powdered sugar over top.
Cut into squares and serve.
