Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 4 eggs and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix first three ingredients well; pack into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Mix eggs, salt and sugar lightly.
Add lemon juice.
Fold in flour and baking powder. Pour on top of crust.
Bake additional 25 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
When cooled, cut into bars.
