Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. powdered sugar, pinch of salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt.
Pat in 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes (don't brown).
Beat the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice for 3 minutes.
Pour over hot crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Double the recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
