Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 stick butter or margarine, melted, 1 egg, 8 oz cream cheese and 3 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend cake mix, butter and egg together.
Press into a 9 X 13 greased pan.
Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
Pour over crust.

Cool completely before cutting.
