Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 1/4 c. flour, 4 eggs and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Cream margarine.
Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups of the flour.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Beat 4 eggs well.
Add 2 cups sugar, lemon peel and juice, 1/4 cup flour and baking powder. Spread on baked crust.
Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
Cut into bars.
