Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend together the margarine, butter, powdered sugar and the 2 cups of flour.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes in a 325Β° oven.
Near the end of the baking time, beat together the eggs, sugar, 4 tablespoons flour and the lemon juice. Pour over the baked layer and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Cut into squares when cooled a little and sprinkle with powdered sugar when cold.
