Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar and 4 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix first three ingredients as for pie crust.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and pat into pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Mix together next three ingredients.
Add eggs.
Blend in the lemon juice.
As soon as crust comes out of oven, top with lemon mixture. Return to oven for 25 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut into squares.
