Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 4 eggs, beaten and 6 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together flour, butter and powdered sugar.
Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan over bottom and part way up the sides.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
Mix together eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour and salt.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powder when cooled.
