Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 3/4 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2 powdered sugar.
Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender or fork, until resembles coarse meal.
Spoon flour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Press firmly with fingertips.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is slightly browned.
