Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, lightly beaten and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar together until like crumbs.
Pat into a 9 x 12-inch pan and bake in a 350Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sift the sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder together.
Add to eggs and lemon juice which have been mixed together.
Pour on top of baked crust.
Return to oven and bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Do not overbake.
