Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix with pudding, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

👨🍳 Instructions
Mix together cake mix, oil and 1 egg until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup of mix and pat the rest lightly into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth.
Spread over baked mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup crumb mixture.
Bake 15 more minutes at 350°.
