Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (1-step) angel food cake mix, 1 can lemon pie filling and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cake mix (as it comes from box) with remaining ingredients with a spoon.
Pour into a very lightly greased jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 12 1/2-inch).
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 350Β° oven, then cool.
Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
