Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 1 egg, 1 pkg. lemon frosting or vanilla and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine cake mix, melted oleo and 1 egg.
Stir well.
Pat into bottom of pan.
Add 1/2 frosting and 2 eggs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool and frost.
