Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine.
Add flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
Spread in an 8 x 8 x 2 pan.
Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes until bubbling.
Beat sugar, eggs, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons flour and pour over hot crust.
Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 5 to 6 minutes until center is firm.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool completely before cutting.
