Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box pillsbury lemon cake mix with pudding, 1/2 stick butter, melted, 1 box powdered sugar, 3 eggs and 5 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix butter, 1 egg and cake mix until crumbly.
Put in bottom of greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Mix sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs until smooth.
Pour over top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
