Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (not softened), 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 c. + 4 tbsp. flour, pinch of salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix together butter, powdered sugar, 2 cups flour and salt like pie crust.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Combine eggs, sugar, remaining flour (4 tablespoons) and lemon juice.
Pour over crust and bake another 20 minutes at 350°. Let cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
