Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo (2 sticks), 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 1/3 c. unsifted flour, 2 c. sugar and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Make a paste of the oleo, powdered sugar and flour.
Press into a long baking dish; bake for 15 minutes at 325°.
Mix 2 cups sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, lemon juice and grated rind together.
Pour into hot crust.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while hot.
