Lemon Air Pie
Lemon Air Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened, 12 oz. lite cool whip, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/4 c. sugar and graham cracker pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease 9 or 10-inch pie pan (10-inch is best).
Put everything into a blender; cover and blend on high speed for about one minute.
Pour into pie pan and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until firm in the center.
Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice or 2 tablespoons cocoa for variety.
