Leftover Meat Pie
Leftover Meat Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) deep frozen pie crust, 3 c. leftover meat, shredded, 1/2 can medium brown beef gravy, 1 pkg. frozen, cooked mixed vegetables, drained and 2 boiled potatoes, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Prick bottom and sides of pie crust. Combine meat, gravy, vegetables and potatoes and place in crust. Cover with Cheddar cheese.
