Left-over Turkey
Left-Over Turkey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. turkey, diced or what you have left over, 1 c. broth or 1 c. boiling water and 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 small can ro-tel, diced and 1/4 lb. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix everything but the chips.
Stir well.
Butter casserole dish.
Pour some of the mixture in the bottom of the pan.
Layer with chips.
Repeat meat, chips; meat, chips.
You can shred the cheese or grate it over each layer or just put it over the top. Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts.
