Lefse
Lefse is an easy dinner. Made with 8 c. potatoes, mashed or riced, 8 tbsp. butter, softened, 4 c. flour (scant), 1/2 c. whipping cream and 1 heaping tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large bowl, mix together cooled potatoes, cream and butter.
Mix well. Add salt and flour (just enough to make dough easy to handle).
Roll out thin on floured board.
Bake on a 500Β° lefse griddle.
Turn and bake on the other side.
Makes 30 lefse.
