Lefse
Lefse is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. sweet cream, 1 tbsp. salt and flour (about 4 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil potatoes and put through ricer or mash fine.
Add margarine, cream and salt; mix well.
Cool overnight.
Next morning, put through ricer again.
Mix half of the potato mixture with 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour.
Form into balls.
Roll very thin. Bake on grill until small brown spots appear.
Turn and bake. Cover with towel to keep soft, then continue with other half of mixture.
