Lefse
Lefse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. water, 1/2 c. butter, 3 c. instant potato flakes, 1 c. powdered carnation milk and 2 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil water and butter.
Add potato flakes and milk, then add sugar, salt and flour.
Cool and work on a floured surface.
Roll thin and bake on lefse griddle.
Remove to damp towel, covered with waxed paper.
Place sheet or paper over each lefse.
