Leek Salad
Leek Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. leeks, 2/3 c. sour cream, 1 small garlic clove, peeled and crushed, 1 tsp. prepared horseradish and 1 tsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook the leeks in the minimum of boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Place in deep serving dish.
Mix together the remaining ingredients with salt and pepper to taste and pour over leeks.
Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Then sprinkle with a little paprika to add color (color) just before serving.
