Lee's Meatballs
Lee'S Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 c. chili sauce and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix until thoroughly blended.
Roll into very small balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 400Β° oven.
Remove from cookie sheet.
Pour 1 can of beef consomme over the cooked meatballs. Heat over very low heat and serve.
A crock-pot works great. Recipe easily doubles.
