Lazy Man Cookie Bars

Cream butter, sugar, flavoring and egg yolk.
Stir in flour and cinnamon until smooth.
(The dough is very stiff.)
Pat out on greased jelly roll pan.
Brush top with beaten egg white and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut in bars at once and remove from pan.
