Lazy Lasagna
Lazy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) jar ragu garden style spaghetti sauce, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. country style sausage, 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded and 3 c. (24 oz.) cream-style cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and eggs.
Brown beef and sausage; drain.
Add spaghetti sauce plus 2 1/2 cups water.
Put 1/2 sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread evenly.
Top with about half of noodles, overlapping slightly.
Spread half of cottage cheese mixture over noodles.
Sprinkle with about a third of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers as follows
1 1/2 cups sauce, remaining noodles, remaining cottage cheese, another third of Mozzarella, remaining sauce and remaining cheese.
Seal tightly with foil and place on cookie sheet (makes a large batch and tends to run over).
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
