Layered Vegetable Casserole
Layered Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cut green beans, drained, 2 c. sliced carrots, cooked slightly, 1 small onion, sliced thin, 2 c. celery, cooked slightly and 1/2 c. green pepper, cut in thin strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Arrange vegetables in layers in buttered casserole (except tomatoes). Combine tomatoes, tapioca, sugar and seasonings.
Heat and pour over vegetables. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, about 1 1/2 hours. Allow to stand 3 to 5 minutes at room temperature. Serves 8.
