Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 medium head lettuce, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 green bell pepper, chopped, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and 1/2 minced medium red onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry bacon; crumble and set aside.
In a glass bowl (large) layer first the lettuce (torn into bite-size pieces), then the celery, green pepper, uncooked peas and onion.
Mix together mayonnaise, oil, sugar and Parmesan cheese.
Gently spread over layered ingredients.
Sprinkle Parmesan and Cheddar cheese.
Also crumble bacon.
Garnish with croutons.
