Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1 c. diced celery, 1 pkg. frozen uncooked peas, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together last 3 ingredients.
Layer all ingredients in a glass bowl.
Spread salad dressing mixture on top.
Sprinkle with some Cheddar cheese.
