Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with iceberg lettuce, 1/2 chopped green pepper, 1/2 chopped red pepper, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1/2 c. chopped sweet red onion or green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Line a 13 x 9-inch serving dish with pieces of lettuce. Over this, sprinkle pepper, red pepper, celery, onion and mayonnaise, cream and sugar and spread over the peas.
Sprinkle the top with the grated cheese and bacon bits.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
