Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen peas, 1/2 head shredded lettuce, 1/4 c. diced green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped mild onion and 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Shred lettuce; cover bottom of glass dish.
Add other 5 ingredients, layer at a time.
Spread on mayonnaise as frosting, then sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
