Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped, 10 oz. frozen peas, 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place a layer of lettuce.
Add each vegetable in layers.
Top off vegetables with more lettuce.
Spread over lettuce 2 cups mayonnaise.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over mayonnaise.
Add the Mozzarella cheese.
Let set for 24 hours.
Sprinkle bacon bits before serving, if desired.
