Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small lettuce head, 1/2 c. chopped carrots, 1/4 c. diced peppers, 1/2 c. chopped radishes and 1/2 c. cauliflower, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Break lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
Add a layer of each one of the ingredients.
Mix 1 1/2 cups salad dressing with 2 tablespoons sugar and spread on top. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese on top of dressing mixture.
Add 8 strips of crisp bacon crumbled on top of cheese.
