Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with lettuce, sliced water chestnuts, 1 c. celery, sliced, 1 small head cauliflower, broken and 6 large carrots, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Shred lettuce to cover bottom of bowl for first layer.
Cover lettuce with sliced water chestnuts.
Cut up celery over sliced water chestnuts.
Break up cauliflower for next layer.
Spread carrots over cauliflower.
Sprinkle seasoning mix over mixture. Cover with frozen peas.
Cover with mayonnaise.
Grate Cracker Barrel cheese over mayo.
Sprinkle bacon bits on top.
Prepare 1 day ahead.
