Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, shredded, 1 large bell pepper, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 can small english peas, drained and 1 large block cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Layer all the ingredients in a large glass Pyrex dish.
Mix the same amount of mayonnaise and salad dressing, enough to cover the salad.
Spread over the top.
This is as pretty as it is good. You may also add a layer of chopped tomatoes; best in the summer when they are fresh.
