Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, chopped, 1 c. celery, diced, 1/2 c. green onions, diced, 1/2 green pepper, diced and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Layer in order: lettuce, green onion, celery, green pepper, frozen peas, hard-boiled eggs, bacon bits, 1 1/2 to 2 cups mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
