Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1 onion, 2 sticks celery (1/2 c.), 1 can sliced water chestnuts and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen english peas, uncooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Tear lettuce into pieces in bottom of large bowl.
Thinly slice and separate onion over lettuce.
Slice celery sticks and place over onions.
Drain chestnuts and place over celery.
Separate frozen peas and layer over celery.
Spread mayonnaise over peas, sealing at edge of bowl.
Sprinkle lemon-pepper and salt over mayonnaise.
Sprinkle sugar also.
