Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 white onion, sliced, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1/2 red pepper, chopped, 1 c. frozen peas, cooked and 1 c. swiss cheese, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Layer ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan starting with onion, celery, red pepper, peas, Swiss cheese and lettuce, broken into pieces, eggs and bacon.
Spread Miracle Whip on top and sprinkle sugar on Miracle Whip.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over sugar.
Do not mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Serve as is.
